Enter the email address of the primary contact on file.

A verification email will be sent - if you do not receive it to your main inbox, be sure to check your junk folder. When logging on for the first time, you will be prompted to select a plan. Our “Standard” plan provides full access to all policy holder features and is completely free!

Generate a Certificate of Insurance and Add New Cert Holders

Log on to Certificial and click the toggle to enter “Insured” mode. Click on the “Guided Assistance” tab located on the far left of the screen and select “Share My Policy”. Follow the prompts to generate and email new Certificates of Insurance directly to holders.

Generate an Updated Certificate of Insurance for Existing Cert Holders

Log on to Certificial and click the toggle to enter “Insured” mode. Click on a Cert Holder to access the details of the share. Click the “Issue COI” icon to generate a new Certificate of Insurance; the documents will be emailed to the Cert Holder contact on file.
