The flow of data once the integration is enabled begins in the evening hours. Depending on the size of your Agency and total number of Commercial Insureds, this might take overnight or over the course of several days.
The Insured must be an active Commercial Insured and have at least one active policy from the supported policy list referenced on page one, in order to populate. Prospects or policy quotes will not map in until the policy becomes active.
The Insured must have a populated phone number and full address in NowCerts in order to map correctly.
You will know your integration is successful when your Insureds and Policy data are populated in your Certificial environment. Depending on the size of the Agency, this might take overnight to several days for all Insureds to populate.
If you are attempting to connect your Agency, make sure the ‘Map Insured’ checkbox on the Agency Mapping page is unchecked. If it is checked off or there is data populated in the lower fields, refresh your screen and only enter your Agency Name, Agency and Agent IDs and email address.

Named Insureds listed in Momentum within the General > Locations section will automatically map into Certificial under the Actions dropdown ‘Insureds’ within a Client’s profile.
Once you confirm that these Insured records are duplicate and should be combined to one, from the Actions dropdown menu within the profile of the Insured you want to replace, select "Merge w/ Existing Client". Search for the duplicate Client in the search bar are select Merge.
