Certificial's Smart COI Network keeps a certificate of insurance continuously current through real-time data updates from carriers and brokers, so requestors know immediately when a supplier is no longer properly insured. A traditional COI is a paper or PDF snapshot of coverage on the day it was issued, and it becomes inaccurate the moment a policy is cancelled, a limit is reduced, or a vehicle is removed from a schedule.
