How to Add the Certificial Acitivity Code to Epic


Follow the instructions below to finish setting up the Plugin

Please provide the information below to enable the Applied <> Certificial Plugin:

Instructions:

  1. Log into Epic and select "Configure" in the left navigation (if you cannot see "Configure", ask you Epic Admin to add the Code for you)
  2. Select "Activity", then "Codes"
  3. Select the "(+)" Button to add a new Code
  4. Enter "!CRT" as the Code and "Certificial" as the Description, then "Save" -- you're all set!
