How to Enable the Integration

  1. Setup an Account on Certificial
  2. Complete the Integration Form
  3. Applied will license the free integration and enable the integration (could take up to 72 hours)
  4. Certificial will notify you the integration is complete
  5. You will then begin receiving detailed COI requests directly in Epic and other benefits noted above
