Certificial integrates with Applied Epic. While Applied Epic integrates with CSR24, the Certificial integration does not directly integrate with CSR24 or replace the ability to issue certificates from CSR24.
Once enabled, the plugin will work with existing and future requests. You will receive the same benefits and activity notes for existing COI’s you’ve shared with Certificial.
