Benefits of Integration

How to Sync Your Data

1. Setup an Account on Certificial
2. Log into Momentum AMP (by NowCerts)
   
3. Expand the Miscellaneous tab on the left sidebar of Momentum and select Data Imports and Export
4. Select Certificial API Data
5. In the upper right corner, select Map Agency & Agents Manually
6. Enter in your Agency Name, your Certificial Agency ID and Agent ID. This can be retrieved within ‘My Profile’ while logged into your Certificial account. It is referenced as Agency ID and Agent ID.
7. From the Choose Agent dropdown, select your Email address
8. Uncheck ‘Map Insured’ if it is checked off and select Save ID Mapping

** Once you save your Agency information, the data flow of Commercial Insureds from your Momentum Environment to Certificial will begin. Depending on the size of your Agency, this might take several hours or overnight to complete.

How to add additional Agents to your Agency Account:

Follow the below steps if you are looking to add an additional user to your existing Certificial Agency account. This would be someone within your Agency who will need access to Certificial to Issue Certificates and Respond toCertificate Requests.

1. Log into Momentum AMP (by NowCerts)
2. Expand the Miscellaneous tab on the left sidebar of Momentum and select Data Imports and Export
   
3. Select Certificial API Data
4. Select Add New Agent in the upper right corner and choose the Agent you wish to add from the dropdown menu. Once selected, click Add Agent to Certificial
5. If the User you've added already has a Certificial account, they can proceed to login. If they do not have an existing Certificial account, have them reset their password for the account you just create for them, using this link.
